After working with commercial (Fortune 500) and federal government clients with Agile, Lean, and Startup approaches as skilled coaches and facilitators, we felt it was time to help nonprofits, associations, educational institutions, and state and local governments, particularly with today’s disruptions. What better way than to bring our talents to improve the world we live in.
We’ve been honing how we’d do that using a full lifecycle approach with an adaptable, collaborative strategy that allows the people that are doing the work, shape and own the innovations.
